Paideuma; a complete set
Carroll F. Terrell, editor
Published Orono: University of Maine, 1972-2016
84 issues; c. 22.8 x 15.2 cm each. Printed paper wraps.
Part of Periodicals, I
From the library of A. David Moody
43 consecutive and complete volumes across 84 issues. The centre of Poundian scholarship for the latter half of the twentieth century, containing thousands of contributions, essays, reviews, bibliographic studies, poems, photographs, and letters.
The journal ran for 31 volumes as A Journal Devoted to Ezra Pound Scholarship, but with C. F. Terrell’s retirement and passing (Volume 31 containing a laid-in “In Memoriam” and Volume 32 containing a laid-in invite to a memorial celebration), the journal was redirected to Studies in American and British Modernist Poetry which continue to this day (every volume postdating this set available at paideuma.wordpress.com).
Very good or better, with minimal foxing and rubbing to covers, occasional tears to spine; Vols. 20 onwards at least near fine. With ephemera as issued throughout, the occasional sheet of notes or marginalia from David Moody.
